Returns/Refunds
Due to hygiene issues, all sales are final. I provide as much information as possible, therefore I do not accept returns in the event that your purchase is no longer wanted.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package
I cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit as they are out of my hands once dropped off at the Post Office. If enough time has passed and you haven’t received your item, please contact me so we can file a report with the Post Office.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact me immediately to begin the claims process. Most shipping services will not provide compensation for claims that are filed too late.
Customs & Import
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. It is a legal requirement for me to state the correct item value on international packages.
Incorrect Addresses
In the event that the address provided on checkout is incorrect, I will not refund or replace the item. If the item is returned to me, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for new shipping costs.
